We recently moved from NYS to Denver NC. At our age, moving our entire household 6 states away was a daunting task. We were extremely excited, however, to find a full service storage unit in our small town: Sure-Safe Storage. These folks were very helpful in putting together a total unit that fit our needs. We wanted a climate controlled unit to keep some valuable antiques in which they quickly accommodated. We also needed a facility that had an arsenal of trucks of various sizes so we could periodically move some of the larger ticket items into our new home as they made their way south. These are the best movers I've ever hired. I will only use them from here on out for any of my moving needs. Tyler & his crew were extremely professional, polite, and courteous. They treated all of our belongings with extreme care. They had excellent communication skills, which is a big help when you are making a big move. I was very pleased with my decision to use them & I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for movers. You will be extremely pleased with your decision.
Rented a truck here for an in town move. The truck was brand new, which was fantastic since I am neurotically clean and was worried about a dirty old truck floor. We had no trouble reserving online and it was ready on time the morning of our move. I'd recommend renting a moving truck here, they are very accommodating and seem to have a good selection of different size vehicles. Location is easy to get to right on (old) business 16 in Denver.
I had never hired movers before, but I'm glad a friend recommended Sure-Safe. Chris & Ken were awesome! They worked non-stop and were very courteous. They used shrink wrap and quilts on everything. They made sure everything was where I needed it to be in the new house. Exactly what Steve said the price would be, it was. I recommended Sure-Safe to a number of friends and some have already called to make appointments. A great experience!
False advertising on website. They have no units in Huntersville or Mooresville. Not sure why they even mention as so. And they also don't answer emails and when you call they act like you're a hassle. I gladly brought my services elsewhere
